Meet Suzy and Alex
Hey, we’re wife and husband team Suzy and Alex Carrington and we capture your wedding day together, telling your story from both sides. From the getting ready to the night in full swing, you’ll have two photographers who will make your day run smoothly so you can enjoy the maximum amount of time with family and friends. Our unfussy, natural and creative wedding photography style is a mixture of candid/ documentary as well as unposed portraits and speedy family/ group shots.
We shoot weddings all over the UK and Europe and have recently relocated to Lancaster and South Lake District region. From 2023 onwards we will be taking fewer wedding photography bookings with priority given to couples getting married in and around the Lake District.

We are also professional musicians and were an acoustic duo for Disney Cruise Lines during the winter months (2014-2019) and have held numerous gig residencies in Manchester and Liverpool. You can watch our acoustic act locally and when we’re not photographing weddings we continue to perform at corporate events, parties and weddings throughout the year. If you’re interested in us performing at your wedding (as well as photographing it) get in touch to make this an add-on.
We are the owners of Carringtons Coffee Co. - A specialty coffee roasting business based in Carnforth, Lancashire. In 2019 we travelled to Colombia to visit a coffee farm. 2 years later we directly imported the farm’s coffee and in 2021 we moved out of our tiny coffee roastery in Warrington and set up a factory/ event space near the South Lakes.
When we’re not working, we enjoy walking or cycling with our dog Sydney.
